"Ad Viternam Intelligence" is a word mark registered with the INPI under national number 25 5212164, filed on 26 December 2025, covering classes 35 (business management, organisation and administration, computerised file management, publication of advertising texts, dissemination of advertisements, public relations, communication consultancy, business audits, online advertising) and 41 (education, training, provision of educational information, book publishing, arranging and conducting of colloquiums and conferences).

Any reproduction, imitation or use of these marks without express prior authorisation is prohibited and constitutes infringement punishable under Articles L.713-1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Intellectual property

The Platform, its software components, architecture, graphical interfaces, algorithms and all content produced by Ad Viternam are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation is strictly prohibited.

Third-party components and attributions

The Platform incorporates third-party components and data, used in accordance with their respective licences:

OSIRIS — open-source components of the AEGIS module, distributed under the MIT licence;

OpenSanctions — us_ofac_sdn dataset (CC-BY 4.0 licence), upstream source: SDN list of the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), US Treasury;

yente — sanctions dataset matching engine, open-source software deployed on Ad Viternam's own infrastructure (MIT licence);

IEEE — OUI registry (hardware prefix identification);

MITRE Corporation / CIRCL — CVE vulnerability registries;

Twelve Data — market data;

Press publishers' RSS feeds — financial news (headlines, sources and redirect links only);

Enable Banking — bank aggregation (authorised AISP, PSD2);

The Platform contains hyperlinks redirecting to third-party websites and content (news sources, press publishers, public sources of the AEGIS Module, provider websites). These links are provided for convenience only. Ad Viternam exercises no control over such third-party websites and content and disclaims all liability for their availability, accuracy, lawfulness, content, personal data practices, or any damage resulting from their consultation. Access to third-party websites is at the User's sole responsibility, under each website's own terms.

Audience analytics

Audience analytics for the website and Platform are performed through Cloudflare Analytics, a server-side aggregated analytics tool, with no cookies, no individual tracking and no fingerprinting. This audience measurement requires no consent.

Advertising measurement (Meta Conversions API): subject to your consent, collected via a dedicated banner on the website, we transmit to Meta Platforms Ireland Limited certain technical data — IP address and user agent (required for matching, not hashed on our side) and, where applicable, a SHA-256 hashed identifier — through Meta's Conversions API, for the sole purpose of measuring the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. No data is sent to Meta and no advertising cookie is used without your prior consent; you may refuse or withdraw this consent at any time. Meta acts as joint controller for this measurement, and data may be transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
