Frequently asked questions
What exactly does the free plan include?
Aggregation and the essential budget. Bank accounts (open banking, PSD2), brokerage accounts, crypto, real estate, debts and goals, consolidated in one view, with no limit on accounts and bank data refreshed four times a day. No disguised trial: the Free plan is permanent. Ratios, forecasts and detailed portfolio analysis come with Early Pro.
Do I need a card to get started?
No. The Free plan is created without a card. Paid plans start with a 14-day trial with no charge, which can be cancelled free of charge before it ends.
Can I change plans or cancel?
At any time: from the Stripe portal for a web subscription, or from Apple’s or Google’s subscription management for a subscription taken in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; the account then returns to the Free plan, with none of your data lost.
Can the terminal move my money?
Never. Bank and brokerage connections are read-only: no payment, no transfer and no order can leave the terminal.
How is payment secured?
Through Stripe, the App Store and Google Play; Ad Viternam does not store your card details. Annual prices: Duo €69.99, Early Pro €154.99, AVI €599.99, up to −19% compared with monthly billing.
What happens to my data if I delete my account?
It is destroyed within 72 hours, and your bank and brokerage connections are revoked. The only data that remains is what a legal obligation requires us to keep (billing) and, for at most 100 days, the encrypted backups used solely to restore the service after an incident.
Does Ad Viternam give investment advice?
No. Ad Viternam is an information and analysis tool: it is neither a financial investment advisor (CIF) nor an investment services provider. No order can be placed through the platform; decisions remain yours.
